anw , i did my FIVE ITEMS tdy despite my injury ! quite pissed at first but i still had to do it . zzz . completed everythg and and and i did TWELVE PULL UPS . i am super proud of it cause i nvr did more than 7 in my whole entire life and i need to struggle like shit to even do SEVEN ! okok , im so proud of myself . haha .

some pictures ! ok anw, had napfa ytd and i was the one who did the opening ceremony for the event by falling dwn and sliding on the track when i just started running less then i few seconds ! wth cn . i stood up and continued running bt i was quite sad cos i didnt manage to hit my arget . :( and and and its damn pain until NOW ok ! RAH ! she didnt even apologise to me , bt being magnanimous i THINK i an forgive her . haha .
